- 4, 8-oz. Ono/Wahoo filets
- 2 tspn. garlic; finely chopped
- 2 tspn. fresh ginger; finely chopped
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tspn. sesame oil
Combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, wine, and sesame oil. Marinate the fish in the garlic mixture for one hour. Preheat the grill. (Ono is a very lean fish and is not good cooked well done or overcooked so keep an eye on it and cook to medium or medium well at the most). Grill your fish, making nice grill marks on the hot grill. Grill 6-8 minutes per inch of thickness of the filet.
